Be conscious of what you’re actually consuming.

In my stat class there was this girl who would come in with a HUGE cup (like the one in the center that says lemonade) that she would buy from 7-11 filled with either 7-UP or Mountain Dew. This was EVERY SINGLE DAY. She was super skinny, but still. That cannot be healthy.
